Canadian breakfast brand celebrates a decade of growth at 110 Harbour Street

Founded in Laval, Quebec, in 2016, Pür & Simple set out to reinvent the traditional breakfast experience. Today, the Canadian-born brand is expanding across Canada and the United States, bringing creative dishes, quality ingredients and its promise of better food, better service and better vibes to more communities.
What started as a vision to move breakfast beyond the greasy spoon has become a brand built around the guest experience, from what arrives at the table to how guests feel when they walk through the door.
