Media advisory – Minister Joly to participate in a site visit of Nexans and hold a media availability

MONTRÉAL, Oct. 28, 2026 /CNW/ — The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, will participate in a tour of the facilities of the electrical cable manufacturer Nexans. The media is invited to follow the Minister during the visit.

After that, Minister Joly will hold a media availability with Stéphane Séjourné, the European Commission’s Executive Vice-President for Prosperity and Industrial Strategy.
