MONTREAL, Oct. 29, 2026 /CNW/ — The 14th edition of MTLàTABLE, presented by Amex Canada, an initiative of Tourisme Montréal, kicks off today with 165 restaurants participating across the city. From October 29 to November 15, Montrealers and visitors alike are invited to explore the richness of Montréal’s culinary scene through specially crafted fixed-price menus offered at $38, $55, $70 and $90, as well as a $28 brunch option.

MTLàTABLE - A city made for a feast

More than a highly anticipated dining event, MTLàTABLE is also an opportunity to celebrate the restaurateurs, chefs and teams whose passion and talent help make Montréal a leading culinary destination throughout the year.

An opportunity to discover new restaurants and support local restaurateurs

With 165 participating restaurants, including some 50 establishments taking part for the first time, this 14th edition highlights the diversity and energy of Montréal’s culinary scene. Over 18 days, participating restaurants will showcase their cuisine and expertise through specially designed menus, giving diners the chance to discover new favourites or revisit beloved establishments.

For restaurateurs, MTLàTABLE also provides an opportunity to reach new clienteles and introduce their establishments to guests who may not otherwise have visited.

“Since the very beginning, our mission has been to create a welcoming space where the pleasure of eating and drinking well remains accessible. Participating in MTLàTABLE is a natural extension of that vision. It allows us to introduce guests to our approach while celebrating the vitality of Montréal’s culinary landscape. Great food is at its best when it is shared.”

– Olivier Quintin, Annette bar à vin

“For us, participating in MTLàTABLE is a unique opportunity to showcase the richness of Québec’s terroir through the work of talented producers. We are delighted to create exclusive dishes for the event, which gives us the chance to share our values and discoveries through both our dinner and brunch offerings.”

– Audrey Leynaert, Chef Le Caribou Gourmand

“Our collaboration with enRoute magazine naturally led to this next chapter with Air Canada signature experiences as part of MTLàTABLE, a nice nod to where it all began. It’s a great opportunity to showcase our signature menu, which was designed as a complete tasting experience, and to introduce guests to the culinary approach and spirit behind Hoogan et Beaufort.”

– David Vincent, Hoogan et Beaufort

Beyond culinary discovery, MTLàTABLE encourages Montrealers to support local restaurants and an industry that plays an important role in the city’s economic, cultural and social vitality.

“Whatever the weather, a great meal makes it better! Gastronomy is one of Montréal’s greatest strengths and a powerful driver of the city’s appeal. Through MTLàTABLE, we want people to experience that richness firsthand, encourage Montrealers to explore their own city and give restaurateurs a platform to showcase their expertise. It is also a reminder that behind every table are passionate people who contribute to the vitality of our neighbourhoods and to the unique experience Montréal offers its visitors.”

— Yves Lalumière, President and Chief Executive Officer, Tourisme Montréal

Gastronomy at the heart of Montréal’s identity

From neighbourhood restaurants and fine dining establishments to bistros, global cuisines and the many new openings across the city, gastronomy is a defining part of Montréal’s identity and dynamism. It is one of the attributes that distinguishes the city, attracts visitors and contributes to the vitality of its neighbourhoods.

This culinary excellence is reflected in Montréal’s growing recognition on the international food scene, including the arrival of the MICHELIN Guide in Québec and the presence of several Montréal establishments in prestigious rankings such as Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants and Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants.

Gastronomic experiences that go even further

Complementing the main MTLàTABLE formula, Air Canada signature experiences return for a second year. This curated collection of dining experiences brings together seven Montréal establishments that have appeared on Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants list: Foxy, Hoogan et Beaufort, Lawrence, Le Violon, Molenne, Pichai and Sushi Nishinokaze.

Each restaurant will offer an exclusive tasting menu created specifically for MTLàTABLE, allowing diners to experience the talent of acclaimed chefs through original dishes and distinctive culinary experiences.

Among the participating restaurants, Hoogan et Beaufort and Sushi Nishinokaze were both awarded one MICHELIN star in 2026.

DÉVORE: Discover Montréal one address at a time

Following its debut in 2025, the DÉVORE culinary guide returns for a second edition. Created to extend the MTLàTABLE experience year-round, it explores the people, neighbourhoods, trends and stories that shape Montréal’s food scene.

The guide is available at participating MTLàTABLE restaurants, at the Tourist information office, online and in hotels across Greater Montréal.

MTLàTABLE warmly thanks Amex Canada, presenting partner; Air Canada, collaborating partner; Lightspeed, associate partner; and La Presse, official media partner.
