Claimants Against Certain Entities in the Clearview Garden Estates Receivership Must File Proofs of Claim by January 26, 2027

TORONTO, Nov. 4, 2026 /CNW/ — By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated September 28, 2026, AlixPartners Restructuring, Inc. (formerly KSV Restructuring Inc.), in its capacity as Court-appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”), has been authorized to conduct a Second Claims Process to identify and quantify certain claims against the following entities (the “Specified Respondents”):

  • Greenvalley Estates Inc.
  • Greenvalley Estates II Inc.
  • Lyons Creek Niagara Falls Park Inc.
  • Greenvalley Estates Canada Inc.
  • TSI International-Grandtag A2A GE II Inc.
  • TGP Lyons Creek Niagara Falls Park Inc.

Any person wishing to assert a claim (other than an Excluded Claim) against one or more of the Specified Respondents must deliver a completed Proof of Claim to the Receiver before 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on January 26, 2027 (the “Claims Bar Date”). A separate Proof of Claim is required for each Specified Respondent against which a claim is asserted. Claims that are not received by the Receiver by the Claims Bar Date will be forever barred and extinguished, and claimants will not be entitled to participate in any distribution related to such claims. Claimants are responsible for ensuring the Receiver receives their Proof of Claim prior to the deadline. Even if information was previously provided to the Receiver, it must be resubmitted with a Proof of Claim. All Proofs of Claim must be completed in English.
