Roth Capital Partners analyst Matt Koranda says YETI’s (YETI Holdings Stock Quote, Chart, News, Analysts, Financials NYSE:YETI) first investor day made a stronger case for the company’s growth and margin outlook.

In a recent update, Koranda maintained his “Buy” rating and US$62.00 target on YETI.

The analyst said management’s five-year plan points to adjusted EPS growth ahead of Street expectations in 2027 and 2028, while 2026 guidance was reiterated.

“We see this well-supported by new product innovation and business line re-segmentation,” Koranda said.

YETI outlined a 2025-to-2030 financial framework calling for mid- to high-single-digit annual sales growth, high-single- to low-double-digit adjusted EBIT growth and low-double- to high-teens adjusted EPS growth.

Koranda said the sales growth range was slightly below prior expectations, but the earnings outlook was better than expected.

The company also identified a $100-million efficiency opportunity under Project Upcycle, split between cost of goods sold and operating expenses.

YETI reorganized its portfolio into three platforms: Home and Hydration, Gear and Equipment, and Bags and Soft Coolers. Management said Bags and Soft Coolers could become its next billion-dollar platform.

The company is targeting $700-million of sales in Bags and Soft Coolers by 2030, up from $390-million in 2025.

Koranda said YETI’s plans for luggage, performance apparel, cases and powered coolers broaden the growth runway beyond core drinkware.

He said the stock still looks undervalued, trading at about 14 times his revised 2027 adjusted EPS forecast.

“This seems too low, in our view, if YETI can deliver on its outlook in the coming years — especially the mid-to-higher end of the range,” Koranda said.

YETI also formalized its capital allocation framework, including a commitment to return at least 50% of free cash flow through buybacks.

Koranda expects YETI to generate Adjusted EBITDA of US$355.3-million on revenue of US$2.01-billion in fiscal 2026, improving to Adjusted EBITDA of US$387.2-million on revenue of US$2.14-billion in fiscal 2027.
