TORONTO, June 25, 2026 /CNW/ – The City of Toronto, Toronto Public Library (TPL) and Waterfront Toronto will announce that a new Toronto Public Library branch is coming to Quayside, the first branch on Toronto’s waterfront and a community hub for one of the city’s most significant housing developments.
