The Consulate General of Canada will be presenting the latest Digital Tech cohort at New York City’s Canadian Technology Accelerator during a breakfast reception on Thursday, September 15, to be held at Grind Workspace in Midtown Manhattan.
Canada’s newly appointed Consul General in New York, Phyllis Yaffe, will deliver opening remarks before introducing each of the nine companies participating in the CTA’s autumn Digital Tech cohort.
The Canadian Technology Accelerator’s New York Digital Tech program aims to connect high growth potential Canadian companies with US venture capital and opportunities for developing strategic partnership connections, as well as mentorship.
The Digital Tech program includes companies working in Ad Tech, Data Analytics, Fintech, E-Commerce, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Mentors for this cohort include CSRHub CEO Bahar Gidawani, iconectiv CTO and VP Chris Drake, AGM Ventures CEO Anna Garcia, Vodafone Global Enterprises Senior Global Accounts Manager Sanjay Gopal, speaker and strategist Kelly Hoey, entrepreneur Claudia Iannazzo, Chalkdust founder and Digital Strategist Debbie Kiederer, TouchCast COO and CRO Mark Piesanen, Motivate Design vice-president of finance Daniel Sennet, as well as Avalon Net Worth Group Managing Director, and lead mentor, Yolanda Wardowski.
