Minsud Files Technical Report for the Chita Valley Project

TORONTO, April 14, 2026 /CNW/ – Minsud Resources Corp. (TSXV: MSR) (“Minsud” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce, further to its news release dated February 27, 2026, that it has filed a technical report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) in respect of the Chita Valley Project in the San Juan Province, Argentina. The technical report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report Mineral Resource Estimate On Chita Valley Project, Iglesia Department, San Juan, Argentina”, and dated April 13, 2026 has been prepared for the Company by representatives of GeoEstima Spa. and Cube Consulting Pty Ltd, each of whom is a “qualified person” in accordance with NI 43-101.
