MONTRÉAL, April 2, 2026 /CNW/ – Media representatives are invited to the 2026 edition of Première ligne en santé (PLS), Canada’s largest congress dedicated to primary care, on April 9 and 10 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

The event will bring together 1,750 health professionals, decision-makers and experts to discuss concrete solutions for transforming access to care in Quebec and across Canada.

Notable figures expected to attend include:

  • The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Federal Minister of Finance and National Revenue
  • Sonia Bélanger, Minister of Health and Social Services and Minister Responsible for Seniors and Caregivers
  • Gilles Bélanger, Minister of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology
  • Geneviève Biron, President and Chief Executive Officer of Santé Québec

On the program: over 40 lectures and workshops covering topics such as artificial intelligence, digital sovereignty, women’s health, social services, home care, prevention, prehospital emergency care, integrative health and access to medication.
