TORONTO, April 28, 2026 /CNW/ – Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM) will announce its first quarter 2026 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026 on Tuesday, May 13, 2026.

Aimia’s financial results are expected to be released at approximately 6:00 am ET followed by a live presentation by management via a webcast and teleconference call at 8:30 am ET the same day.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Aimia will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“the Meeting”) on May 13, 2026 in Toronto. Shareholders will be asked to vote on a number of items including the election of directors. Management nominees consist of: Rhys Summerton, Robert Feingold, Steve Leonard, Thomas Little, and Muhammad Asif Seemab.
