VVT Med Establishes Exclusive Canadian Commercial Partnership with CHS for ScleroSafe®
Partnership Expands VVT Med’s Global Commercial Network and Supports the Introduction of ScleroSafe into the Canadian Market
VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 1, 2026 /CNW/ — VVT Med Inc. (TSXV: VVTM) (“VVT Med” or the “Company”), a medical technology company focused on minimally invasive treatments for venous disease, today announced that CHS Ltd., one of Canada’s established medical technology organizations, has selected ScleroSafe® as the latest addition to its vascular portfolio and entered into an exclusive commercialization agreement dated September 30, 2026, to support the introduction of the technology in Canada.
The agreement establishes a long-term commercial collaboration under which the parties will work together on annual commercial growth plans, physician education, clinical support, market development initiatives and launch preparation for ScleroSafe in Canada. As part of the collaboration, VVT Med intends to pursue the applicable regulatory process required to support commercial introduction in Canada. The agreement will become effective upon receipt of the applicable Health Canada authorization for ScleroSafe and has an initial term of five years, subject to earlier termination in accordance with its terms.
Founded in 1967, CHS provides nationwide commercialization, sales, clinical support and distribution services for medical technologies across Canada. The company operates four distribution centres and can reach approximately 84% of Canadian customers within 48 hours1. CHS serves hospitals, ambulatory surgical centres and healthcare providers across a broad range of specialties, including vascular and interventional care.
Canada represents an important strategic market as VVT Med continues to expand the global commercialization of ScleroSafe. The partnership establishes the Company’s commercial platform in the jurisdiction where its shares are publicly listed while advancing its strategy of collaborating with experienced regional partners to support long-term market development.

ScleroSafe is VVT Med’s proprietary minimally invasive, non-thermal, non-tumescent (NT-NT) technology for the treatment of incompetent veins and has received U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance together with regulatory approvals in multiple international markets.
Building on its expanding international commercial activities, VVT Med continues to receive recurring orders in a number of markets where ScleroSafe has been commercialized The Company believes these repeat orders reflect continued customer engagement and support its strategy of expanding through established regional distribution partners.
