Virtuous Circle Counselling Ranks No. 211 on The Globe and Mail’s 2026 List of Canada’s Top Growing Companies

Calgary psychology and counselling practice marks third consecutive national recognition with 127% three-year revenue growth

CALGARY, AB, Sept. 25, 2026 /CNW/ — Virtuous Circle Counselling (VCC), a Calgary-based psychology and counselling practice, has been named one of The Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies for the third consecutive year, ranking No. 211 with 127% three-year revenue growth from 2022 to 2025.

VCC first appeared on the national ranking in 2024 at No. 33 with 1,250% three-year revenue growth and returned in 2025 at No. 60 with 583% growth.

“Being recognized for three consecutive years is incredibly meaningful because it reflects how far we have come while our purpose has remained the same,” said Tiffany Petite, CEO and Co-Founder. “Growth has allowed us to bring together an exceptional team of clinicians and make it easier for more people to find the right psychologist or therapist.”

Expanding Access to Psychologists and Mental Health Care

Founded in 2020, VCC has grown to more than 30 clinicians, including Registered Psychologists, Registered Provisional Psychologists, Registered Clinical Social Workers and other mental health professionals.

VCC’s Calgary psychologists and therapists provide individual, child, adolescent and family therapy, alongside psychological services including ADHD and psychoeducational assessments. Services are available in person across Calgary and virtually.

As its team has expanded, VCC has focused on making mental health care easier to navigate. Its online Find a Therapist matching tool helps clients identify psychologists and therapists based on their needs, location and availability.

“Finding a psychologist can feel overwhelming, particularly when someone is already struggling,” Petite said. “Having more clinicians gives clients greater choice, but we also want to make that choice easier to navigate.”

For Melissa Petite, Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder, the recognition reflects VCC’s evolution into a larger psychology and mental health organization.

“Three years of recognition is something we are very proud of, but growth itself is not the end goal,” said Melissa Petite. “It allows us to continue investing in our clinicians, our services and better ways for people to access mental health care.”
