Media Notice – Government of Canada to announce investments to support farm safety

WINNIPEG, MB, Sept. 18, 2026 /CNW/ — Ben Carr, Member of Parliament for Winnipeg South Centre, on behalf of the Honourable Heath MacDonald, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, will be at Discover Agriculture on the Farm to announce investments that aim to promote health and safety on farms across Canada. MP Carr will be joined by representatives from the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association and the University of Manitoba.
