Media advisory – Minister Sean Fraser to hold a media availability on legislation to protect communities against hate
OTTAWA, ON, Sept. 18, 2025 /CNW/ – The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, will hold a media availability on a new bill entitled An Act to amend the Criminal Code (hate propaganda, hate crime and access to religious or cultural places). This bill will include measures to better protect communities against hate.
