What: Today, MPP Steve Clark, Leeds–Grenville–Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes, and North Grenville Mayor Nancy Peckford will join housing partners and co-operative sector leaders for a groundbreaking ceremony to announce the construction of a new co-operative housing community. This new development in Kemptville from New Commons Development will expand access to affordable, community-owned housing for moderate-income households.
