HALIFAX, NS, Oct. 20, 2026 /CNW/ — Jazz Aviation LP (“Jazz”) has successfully renewed its registration under the IATA Operational Safety Audit (“IOSA”) program. Following the successful completion of the audit, Jazz is certified through October 21, 2028.

The audit was conducted on site in Halifax and Toronto over the course of one week in early June 2026 and was successfully closed in September 2026. This was Jazz’s first audit under IOSA’s new risk-based model, which tailors the scope to each airline’s specific operational safety risks.

Jazz was among the first airlines in Canada to achieve IOSA registration in April 2005 and completes the recertification process every two years.

About the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program

The IOSA program is an internationally recognized evaluation system that assesses an airline’s operational management and control systems. Its risk-based model, introduced in 2024, focuses audit activity on risks specific to each airline.
