Government of Canada officials to hold a technical briefing on the West Coast Oil Pipeline process

The media technical briefing will be for background information only, which can be attributed to “government officials.” Audio and video recording of the briefing for broadcast purposes is prohibited.
The briefing and associated documents will remain under embargo until the start of the press conference with Prime Minister Mark Carney.
Participants must not publicly discuss, publish, or otherwise disclose the materials or information in any form until the embargo is lifted. Any breach of these terms may result in the participant and/or their organization being prohibited from participating in future Government of Canada embargoed briefings. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions.
