Avenu Properties Corp. Celebrates Parkway Place’s National TOBY Award Following Toronto Victory

TORONTO, Oct. 15, 2026 /CNW/ — Avenu Properties Corp. is proud to announce that Parkway Place has won the 2026 National TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Canada in the Suburban Office Park – Mid-Rise category.

The national recognition follows Parkway Place’s Toronto TOBY Award victory at BOMA Toronto’s Celebration of Excellence Gala on May 28, 2026. The property subsequently earned the national honour on September 24, 2026, during the BOMEX Ottawa National Awards Gala. The progression from Toronto to the national stage recognizes the commitment to building operations, tenant relations, environmental practices and overall management excellence.

Avenu Properties also received a 2026 BOMA Enspire Award for its property at 14 William Sylvester Drive in the Universal Facility – Over 100,000 Square Feet category, recognizing achievements in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This is a separate distinction from Parkway Place’s TOBY Awards.
