Ticketplus is a buy, this analyst says

Roth Capital Partners analyst Eric Handler says Ticketplus (Ticketplus Stock Quote, Chart, News, Analysts, Financials NYSE:TP) is an emerging growth platform positioned to benefit from the modernization of Latin America’s live events market.

In his Aug. 31 initiation report, Handler launched coverage of Ticketplus with a “Buy” rating and $14.00 target. His target is based on eight times his 2027 EBITDA estimate.

“We view Ticketplus as an emerging growth technology platform positioned to benefit from the expansion and modernization of Latin America’s live events industry,” Handler said.

Ticketplus is a Chile-based ticketing and event management platform serving about 2,800 promoters and venues across 11 Latin American countries.

Handler said the Latin American live events market remains fragmented and under-penetrated by modern ticketing technology, creating a long runway for share gains.

Unlike larger global ticketing companies focused on major tours and venues, Ticketplus targets local and regional promoters, venues, theatres, festivals and community events.

Handler said Ticketplus’s local relationships, regional payment capabilities and experience across different regulatory markets provide a competitive advantage.

The company managed about 40,000 events in 2025, selling more than 10.2-million tickets and generating more than $270-million of gross merchandise value.

Its business includes Full Operations, which provides end-to-end ticketing and event services with an average take rate above 17%, and White Label licensing, which has a lower take rate but allows Ticketplus to enter new markets with less capital.

Handler said White Label customers can become a pipeline for future Full Operations conversions, with more than 50 potential targets already identified across markets including Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Mexico and Peru.

Ticketplus expects to expand to 25 Latin American countries by 2030.

Handler expects Ticketplus to generate Adjusted EBITDA of $18.9-million on revenue of $50.2-million in fiscal 2026, improving to Adjusted EBITDA of $21.3-million on revenue of $62.7-million in fiscal 2027.
