PwC Canada acquires Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner Cinovate

PwC Canada has acquired Richmond Hill, Ontario’s Cinovate Cloud Innovation Inc., a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner with extensive experience implementing solutions across the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.

“We’re delighted to welcome Cinovate to PwC,” says PwC Salesforce Consulting Leader Justin Wortley. “This acquisition will help cement PwC as a leading Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner. It will help clients – from strategy through execution – to transform their businesses with their Salesforce Customer Success Platforms, supported by our strategy and business transformation capabilities.”

CIO Review magazine recognized Cinovate as one of the 20 most promising Salesforce Solution Providers in December 2014.

“Cinovate has been a trusted advisor to hundreds of customers, guiding them through successful implementations of Salesforce since 2009,” says Cinovate Managing Partner and Co-Founder Matthew Fidler. “By joining PwC, we’re able to deliver a stronger and more comprehensive offering to the marketplace.”

The addition of Cinovate to PwC Canada will help its clients develop holistic customer engagement strategies, boost revenues while enhancing customer connections, listen and analyze and engage, enhance social enterprise collaborations, build custom applications, and develop interactive communities.

“Cinovate has vast industry expertise across financial services, high tech, manufacturing, and other industries,” says Cinovate Managing Partner and Co-Founder Ron Caruso. “With PwC’s strategy through execution focus on clients, together we will help businesses address their unique needs, processes and governance mandates. We will deliver real-time access anytime, to help them gain an edge in today’s complex customer-centric market.”

The Cinovate acquisition, with the company’s deep knowledge of cloud-based CRM issues, will allow PwC to build out its digital service platforms and cloud-based service offerings around the Salesforce Customer Service Platform to better help their clients.

“This is an exciting demonstration of PwC’s commitment to expand globally and confirmation of the momentum around the Salesforce Customer Success Platform,” says Salesforce executive vice-president of worldwide channels & alliances Tyler Prince. “The addition of Cinovate to PwC’s Salesforce practice further highlights the power of how our connected ecosystem is delivering transformation, innovation and success for our mutual customers.”
