In an era where many tech boards are fending off lowball takeover bids, Amaya Gaming has almost singlehandedly consolidated a tiny Canadian gaming tech space with aggressive acquisitions.

Amaya Gaming (TSXV:AYA) announced its fiscal 2011 results today. Revenue, which came in at $18.37-million was more than triple 2010′s $6.04-million top line.
